Nestled in the heart of Nice’s Musician’s District, known for its creative vibe and Belle Époque architecture, this charming apartment is housed in a grand Belle Époque building surrounded by private gardens. The area’s vibrant atmosphere and unique architectural style set the perfect backdrop for this distinctive design.
Inspired by our client's love for exotic travel, the design blends ethnic influences, modern sensibility, and a light, airy feel to create a home full of character. Paola Lenti’s Italian-designed furniture adds a touch of elegance to the living room, enhancing the space’s personality.
Thanks to its tall 20th-century windows, the apartment is flooded with natural light throughout the day, which we maximized in our design. The walls subtly shift in vibrancy as the sunlight moves through the space, creating a dynamic and evolving ambiance. Light-colored walls contrast beautifully with the dark Marquina marble floors, balancing the design’s lightness and depth.
Purple, pale violet, and pink tones, mixed with natural linen, plants, and souvenirs, lend the apartment its ethnic-chic aesthetic, while the blend of contrasts gives it a bold, unique character. A standout feature in the living area is the patterned sofa and accent tables, which tie together the playful, eclectic elements of the space.
This collaboration with Luxoria Interiors resulted in a home full of charm, warmth, and personality—perfect for our client’s lifestyle.
