The first step of the process is to create mood boards that reflect the desired style the client envisions. Next, the floor plans are developed. Depending on the project, 3D models and renderings may be used to further illustrate the design. The selection of materials, furniture, and accessories sets the tone and defines the requirements of the project. All elements will be chosen in harmony with and respect to the client's style. Comprehensive listings and plans are created to showcase the final selections.
The plans are handed over with meticulous detail, leaving no questions about the final look and feel, while also providing all necessary information for companies to quote accurately.
Renovation and Project Management
The story can continue to the next step, which involves handing over the project to companies that will execute the work according to the design process. A detailed quotation is in place to ensure there is no room for errors in pricing or execution.
Being involved in renovation and project management can be reassuring, as regular weekly or even daily on-site meetings allow me to coordinate, direct, and update clients, whether they are on-site or remote.
Orders and deliveries are handled under my supervision and coordination, while payment plans, payment summaries, and detailed spreadsheets are part of the services I offer. This ensures the smooth continuation of the project while maintaining control over the craftsmen's workflow and quality.
Furnishing, Decoration and Turn Key
A new story can start here, or continue from the previous steps. Furnishing and decorating the apartment with style and taste, always keeping high-quality standards in mind. From the choice of furniture to décor and products, everything is selected to make the apartment ready for its first stay. This includes lighting, furniture, curtains, bedsheets, duvets, and more.
A comprehensive quotation is provided, and of course, supply and delivery with white-glove service is part of my expertise and services.
Styling and Photo-Shooting
The final step of the process is the photo shoot and styling. This part is essential when the property needs to be showcased for sale or rental. Together with a skilled team of photographers, I ensure that every design success in the project is highlighted. The final photos and videos will capture the true essence of the property, allowing it to speak for itself—making it shine and sell!
