This utensil can be used for serving and storing traditional Cycladic sweets like loukoumi and marzipans (αμυγδαλωτά). It is designed especially for "Gastronomy Days  2014" so as to express Cycladic  diet  and gastronomy.
Its form and aesthetics derive from  the simplicity of  traditional Cycladic architecture, but also from the well known ancient Cycladic  figurines.  
A ceramic protype was created with the help and guidance of the ceramimist Sofia Trigoni
